This Canon 35mm f2.5 FL is a manual focus lens with a modestly wide angle focal length of 35mm. It is a useful lens for street photography, small group portraiture, landscapes or any scenario requiring a slightly wider angle of view. Some photographers even prefer the 35mm focal length in place of the 50mm lens as the standard lens on their cameras.
This Canon lens is the early FL mount, best suited for cameras like the Canon FX, Pellix or FT QL. Canon FL lens are still compatible with the later Canon FD cameras, albeit with some loss of functions.
This lens has a 58mm filter thread.
